This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including media outlets, to implement communication and reputation plans, develop corporate storytelling strategies, and manage communication tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in external communications and media relations, with excellent copywriting skills and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in French and English is required, with Spanish and Italian language skills considered a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>help build lasting contacts with a range of stakeholders, including the EU media. To do so, you will co-write external communication and reputation plan, and be jointly responsible for its implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>corporate storytelling on a strategic level and develop communications and storylines tailored to the different stakeholders and target groups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support spokespersons in their task of positioning the federation, top executives and key figures in the press<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collaborate on concrete press actions and draft press releases, holding statements and other communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>co-manage the tools used by the team, and take the lead in further professionalising them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>think about revamping the online newsroom, optimising newsletter management and media monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>help monitor the team&#8217;s results and reporting to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide support in external communication projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experience &amp; Competences:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in external communications and media relations at EU level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record in press\/media relations for at least 3 years level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in press\/media and reputation management at EU level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong copywriting skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office, particularly solid Word and PowerPoint skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing), Spanish and Italian language skills are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to <a href=\"mailto:aude.boisseuil@effe-homecare.eu\">aude.boisseuil@effe-homecare.eu<\/a>.
